Orders and Pricing

How does multi-pair pricing work?
One pair is $115. Two pairs are $185, three pairs are $250, and four or more are $75 each ($300 for 4). Mix and match any styles and colors, and the price updates automatically in your cart. Orders of 2 or more pairs ship free.

Can I use a discount code with multi-pair pricing?
Yes. Our welcome code works on top of multi-pair pricing. One discount code can be used per order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please check your order and address before checking out.

Shipping

How long will my order take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

My package says delivered but I don't have it.
Check around your property and with neighbors, then email support@etceyewear.com with your order number and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Unworn pairs in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are free. Returns are refunded less a $9 fee. Sale purchases are final sale. See Shipping & Returns.

What if I return one pair from a multi-pair order?
Your refund reflects the price for the number of pairs you keep, including any discounts applied to your order.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Email support@etceyewear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a free return label and ship the right pair.

Product

What lenses do you use?
CR-39 lenses with UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Our lenses are non-polarized.

How do I find my fit?
Email support@etceyewear.com with the measurements of a pair you already love (they're usually printed on the inside of the temple arm) and we'll help you pick the right style.

How do I care for my sunglasses?
Clean the lenses with a microfiber cloth, or with lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid paper towels and your shirt, which can scratch lenses. Store them in their case, and don't leave them on a hot dashboard.

Warranty

Do your sunglasses have a warranty?
Yes. Every pair is covered for one year against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover scratched or broken lenses, accidents, loss, or normal wear and tear. See our Warranty page.
