Warranty
Coverage
All ETC sunglasses purchased from etceyewear.com are covered for one year from the order date against defects in materials and workmanship, including hinge failure and frame separation under normal use.
If a claim is approved, ETC will replace the pair with the same style and color. If that style or color is unavailable, ETC will provide a pair of equal value. ETC does not provide individual replacement parts.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Scratched or broken lenses
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Loss or theft
- Products altered or repaired by anyone other than ETC
Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. ETC will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item. No return shipping deduction applies.
How to Submit a Claim
Email support@etceyewear.com with:
- Order number
- Style and color
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product
We respond to claims within 2 business days. ETC covers shipping for approved claims. Replacement pairs are covered for the remainder of the original one-year warranty period. Proof of purchase is required, and this warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
